The worship ministry at Family Life is both exciting and meaningful. Our approach to worship is to engage everyone in uplifting praise and dynamic worship with Christ as the center of our focus.
Our vision is "Glorifying God by leading the family of God in authentic worship while connecting with the lost musically." This means we, above all else, glorify God through everything that is spoken, sung and played. Secondly, we will make the effort to bring a style of music that is relevant so that we can connect the lost to God through music. I Corinthians 9:22, "I have become all things to all men so that by all possible means I might save some." Yet our worship is without compromise. We see Jesus Christ as the only star...the only One who receives any and all of the glory.

We actively pursue to understand and practice John 4:23-24. "Yet the time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks. God is spirit, and His worshipers must worship in spirit and in truth."
To us worship is not a show, a performance or a "gig". With Jesus Christ as the focus of our time together in worship, we hope to give an opportunity for all to experience the life and freedom that is in Christ. It is our desire to bring honor to God, to encourage others to draw closer to Him through worship and for the unbeliever, we hope to inspire them to make a life changing decision to accept Christ.

Though we consider all styles of worship to be blessed by God, our style is simple - Contemporary. We regularly play anything from Chris Tomlin and Hillsong to more edgy worship bands like Deluge Band and Jesus Culture. We also understand that we live in a very technological age and incorporate media, creative sound and lighting to enhance our worship services.
