Robbie Ashlock is the Lead Pastor of Family Life Church. Robbie and his wife Reagan have 3 kids. They have twin girls and a son. Robbie has been on staff at FLC for over 20 years (first, as Family Life Church’s Student Pastor, and now as our Lead Pastor). Robbie has a heart for people & loves teaching the Word. Robbie enjoys reading, movies, and any time spent with the family!
Tom Jordan and his wife Deanna have been members of Family Life since 2016. Tom has served faithfully in many capacities throughout their time at FLC, and Deanna currently serves as one of the heads of our women's ministry. Their daughter, Melissa Jordan, is one of the missionaries that Family Life Church supports. Melissa is currently serving in Guatemala as a women's minister. Tom was brought on as one of our elders in 2024. We are excited to have him as one of the leaders of Family Life, and appreciate so very much his heart to serve!
CM and his wife Leslie have been members of Family Life Church since 2004. They love leading a Community Group and are advocates for FLC Community Groups as a place for people to grow in their relationship with God and others. They also love serving in the Prayer Ministry together. CM has served as an elder at Family Life for several years and enjoys helping others in finding their place to serve. For the past few years, they have also enjoyed volunteering at Sharing Hope Ministries.

Jared Travis and his wife Celena have been members of Family Life since its founding in 1994. Jared is the son of Dale Travis, the founding pastor of FLC. They served for over 15 years as missionaries in Asia before returning to live in the United States in 2019. They have 3 incredible daughters: Audry, Hannah, and Lauren. Celena currently serves as our Assistant Children's Pastor, and Jared is a teacher at Caprock High School. We are so very excited that Jared accepted the position of elder in 2024, and love his heart for serving the Lord and the people of Family Life Church!
Bob Jellison and his wife Lacey have been faithfully serving at Family Life Church for many years. Bob was made an elder in 2016, and prior to that time he was the head deacon for FLC, leading the deacons ministry. He also formerly led the FLC hospitality ministry on Sunday mornings. Lacey formerly served on staff as one of FLC's Assistant Children's Pastors. Bob loves teaching the Word in his small group, and also leads a Bible study on Tuesday mornings at Bagel Place.
